Education and awareness is the hallmark of a successful person. Today information and the skill to use it enable a person to influence her surrounding in a deterministic way. CWES wants to create influential people by developing their intellectual power by providing quality education and broadening their mental horizon.

CWES is located at a backward and underdeveloped portion of South Orissa in the district of Rayagada. People of Rayagada district draw their livelihood from agriculture. But now slowly the area is getting industrialized and there is a chance of creation of some urban centers. This area will require qualified labor in the future and already the district has three engineering colleges. It is seen that these college intake students from outside the state as the area lacks appropriate candidates. In this time there is a dire need of developing local students for taking advantage of the new opportunities. And CWES wants fill the gap. This is the age of shrinking space where through communication technologies the world is seeing people from diverse areas coming together to work as a group. Here CWES has taken a lead to teach German language to the local people who know only English and the local language. This creates opportunity for these people to participate in international affairs.

We have taken rural development of the surrounding areas as our mission. And in this direction, we have already taken few steps to create organizational structure and expertise. We have trained many rural youths to go back and work in their home areas for developing and advancing their communities. In addition, we created awareness for rural health and sanitation and saving the environment by special campaign in our surrounding areas.

We thank all our stake holders for creating and managing this outstanding institution for the last three years. Our board is indebted to all supporters for providing us the opportunity to serve society in the way we have done which is shown by our achievements. We seek all possible assistance and support for realizing our vision and carrying out our mission in future.
